Easy Fund Set Up
Sage Endowment Management software gives you the flexibility to set up many types of funds, including Endowment Funds, Philanthropic Funds, and Charitable Reminder Trusts, as well as specify rules for principle and income restrictions, administrative fees, and CRT payments.
Identify how the principal and income should be spent, and specify a fixed amount or percentage for each purpose. You can also track target asset pools and their investment percentages.
This planned giving management software lets you track and manage the General Ledger accounts associated with each fund. This involves separate accounts for the principle and interest portions of the fund, and provides you with the flexibility to manage endowments in detail by individual fund, or in summary by endowment type.
Contribution and Disbursement Tracking
Sage Endowment Management lets you track and manage the various contributions, disbursements, income, and fees associated with each endowment, as well as any market changes in endowment fund assets.
Save donor information, contribution type, and tribute information. Record and view complete contribution details. Sage Endowment Management lets you record the agencies that receive grants and the reason for the disbursement. To provide an accurate record of the endowment action, the system also stores details like check number, amount, and date.
Communications and Reporting
This planned giving management software lets you generate and track various communications within the system. This includes tribute cards, acknowledgement letters, reports, and financial statements.
Automatically generate endowment statements in the time increments preferred. These statements can be created for any time period and sent to appropriate sponsors to keep them informed of the fund balance and statement date, as well as a detailed list of any contributions, disbursements, adjustments, fees, income and any changes associated with their endowments.
