Fund Accounting Implementation Specialist Requirements:

      5+ years fund accounting experience in a nonprofit environment or CPA firm, accounting degree required, MBA or CPA desired.  Understand the operational & regulatory requirements of nonprofits.  Must have excellent consulting & communication skills.  Project management experience is necessary.  Computer skills must be strong.

Fundraising/Development Implementation Specialist Requirements:

     5+ years experience in a nonprofit environment or consulting firm managing fundraising & development activities.  BS or BA degree required.   Must have excellent consulting & communication skills.  Project management experience is necessary.  Computer skills must be strong.
