Software Installation and Upgrade: Once the requirements have been identified and the software purchased, Non-Profit Partners will install the software on your system. This is, of course, is followed by a complete checkout to verify the satisfaction of all requirements. As you receieve releases, new version upgrades, and service packs, Non-Profit Partners will be there to support you in the upgrade of your system to current status.
User Group Meetings: Non-Profit Partners offers regular user group meetings, where participants learn advanced tips and techniques that enhance their use of the software. In addition, users share their experiences and how they tackled difficult business problems. Classroom Training: Our reasonably priced training classes are conducted on a regular basis for all of your installed modules. On-site Training: Is also available at our standard hourly rate. It offers the added advantage of performing the training on your system in your office. Training is enhanced because you are at home with your setup - specific scenarios may be addressed that might not be possible in a typical classroom setting. Web Based On-line Training: Non-Profit Partners also offers web-based training utilizing the secure remote technology. NPP can offer classes to meet your staff schedules at any time and without having to leave your desktop, get the personal attention you need.
