Non-Profit Partners specializes in services that enable you to tailor the install of your software modules, train your staff in their operation, obtain on-call support when you need it and provide software upgrade services when you are ready.

Software Requirements Analysis:  At the heart of a successful installation is the identification of your requirements and how the software suite of modules will be setup to satisfy them. This includes a detailed requirements analysis resulting in the identification of the modules that are required. Each module will be tailored to your detailed specifications. And, this includes reports that will satisfy your internal requirements, as well as, those of your auditor and funding agencies.

Software Installation and Upgrade:  Once the requirements have been identified and the software purchased, Non-Profit Partners will install the software on your system. This is, of course, is followed by a complete checkout to verify the satisfaction of all requirements. As you receieve releases, new version upgrades, and service packs, Non-Profit Partners will be there to support you in the upgrade of your system to current status.

User Group Meetings:  Non-Profit Partners offers regular user group meetings, where participants learn advanced tips and techniques that enhance their use of the software. In addition, users share their experiences and how they tackled difficult business problems. Newsletters:  Our product specific newsletters are published monthly or quarterly and notice is sent to you. Classroom Training:  Our reasonably priced training classes are conducted on a regular basis for all of your installed modules. On-site Training:  Is also available at our standard hourly rate. It offers the added advantage of performing the training on your system in your office. Training is enhanced because you are at home with your setup - specific scenarios may be addressed that might not be possible in a typical classroom setting. Web Based On-line Training:   Non-Profit Partners also offers web-based training utilizing the secure remote technology. NPP can offer classes to meet your staff schedules at any time and without having to leave your desktop, get the personal attention you need.
